On behalf of our client Toggenburger AG, we are looking for an Application Manager 80% - 100%

Our internal IT department is the internal service provider for seven companies at 20 locations. With a dedicated team of eight IT specialists, we ensure that all areas of hardware and software, as well as communication, are reliably and securely available to all users.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent projects and the opportunity to actively shape innovative solutions.
• Advising and supporting users in application and process handling
• Ensuring the monitoring of ongoing application operations; coordinating and monitoring all activities that serve to track the availability, recoverability, performance, and resource consumption of the application
• Informing users about disruptions, application messages, or planned interruptions
• Analysis, workaround, and resolution of disruptions/errors
• Creating specific evaluations/statistics
• Planning and participating in releases
• Creating, updating, maintaining, and managing the required documentation

Your Profile

• Completed training in IT and a subject-specific further education/studies (e.g., Business Informatics)
• Analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good understanding of processes and technical interrelationships
• Enjoyment of customer contact and active communication
• High level of service orientation and flexibility
• Willingness to work at off-peak hours/weekends
• Structured and precise working method
• Driver's license category B
