Application/Cloud Architect

COSMOTE Global Solutions , as a member of OTE Group of Companies , is an ICT Systems Integrator delivering a broad range of ICT Solutions and Services. CGS provides a broad range of ICT Services focusing on: Cloud, Data Centre operations, Networking, Cybersecurity, BI and Data Warehouse, Big Data, Service Desk, Proactive Monitoring, Operations and Support, Service Management, Project and Programme Management, and Professional Services. Responsibilities: Analysis of the integration of different technologies and systems to ensure seamless interaction between them; Design and implementation of cloud-based architectures and solutions; Development of cloud-based applications and services; Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements; Identification and mitigation of potential risks and issues; Development of technical documentation and training materials for end-users; Maintenance and support of existing cloud-based systems and applications. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based architectures and solutions; Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, technologies and trends; Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes); Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD); Understanding of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based systems; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
