Application Technologist (Beverages)

Description

We are currently partnering a global food ingredients MNC to hire an Application Technologist (Beverages) based in Singapore to support their innovation projects with customers in the region.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Application Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and formulating a wide range of beverage prototypes to ensure customer needs are translated into innovative, high-quality product solutions. Besides working on hands-on development work, you will also collaborate on strategic projects, provide technical expertise to key accounts, and contribute to new product concepts that align with market trends.

Requirements
Ideally, you have a Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of proven experience in beverage formulation and product development. To thrive in this role, you are hands-on, have a good understanding of the processes involved in beverage formulation and have good communication skills. Prior experience managing junior team member or intern is also required.
