For a customer in Altishofen (Luzern), we are looking for an Application Supporter Logistics. As an Application Supporter Logistics, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers' logistics applications. This includes troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing the performance of these applications. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in application support or a related field; • Strong understanding of logistics applications and their technical requirements; • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently; • Good communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes.
