Application Support Specialist

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, application support, or the implementation of IT projects/solutions
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
• Basic knowledge of working with REST/SOAP APIs and the ability to analyze requests/responses, status codes, and logs
• Basic/intermediate SQL knowledge and experience working with databases
• Windows Server knowledge
• Experience in testing and validating client/server solutions
• Experience in database management and performing SQL queries
• Windows Server knowledge and the ability to perform basic investigations/troubleshooting
• Experience in testing and validating client/server solutions
• Ability to analyze logs and identify potential causes of incidents
• Basic knowledge of application integration and communication via REST/SOAP APIs
• Advanced English language proficiency

• Ensuring the optimal functionality of GLS Locker & GLS Parcel Shop applications
• Coordinating/participating in external implementation, testing, and production release of new functionalities
• Documenting procedures, configurations, and implemented technical solutions
• Monitoring, verifying, and interpreting application and server logs
• Providing technical support within the Out-Of-Home (OOH) department
• Troubleshooting, identifying, investigating, and resolving issues reported by the OOH team
• Reproducing and testing identified issues and validating implemented solutions
• Escalating complex issues to relevant technical teams and tracking them until resolution
• Monitoring and optimizing production processes
• Collaborating with internal teams (IT, Sales, and Operations) and external partners for continuous improvement of GLS services
