Tasks

Your tasks:

You want to actively shape the digitalization of the construction industry? Then you're exactly right with us. As part of our expert team, you will be the direct interface to our customers. You ensure the optimal use of our ERP solution in daily operations and are the central point of contact for all user inquiries.

• First- and Second-Level-Support: You analyze application-related questions in the area of our ERP software, especially in the field of building technology (e.g. offer calculation, measurement, order processing) and develop quick solutions.
• Customer Support: You support our customers by phone, Microsoft Teams or TeamViewer to quickly and uncomplicatedly resolve their daily challenges, and ensure that they can fully exploit the potential of our software.
• Process Optimization: You recognize recurring error patterns and develop sustainable solution concepts in close cooperation with software development or consultants.
• Knowledge Building: You maintain our internal knowledge database (Knowledge Base and ticket system), allowing customer feedback to directly influence product improvements.
• Dokumentation: You support the creation and maintenance of documentation, so that our users are always up-to-date and well-informed.

Qualification

Your profile:

• Qualification: You have successfully completed a vocational training in the field of business administration or IT (e.g. computer scientist, IT system administrator) or possess comparable qualifications for this position through your vita (e.g. building technician). What matters to us is not your CV, but your motivation to learn new things and support customers successfully. Even enthusiastic newcomers are warmly welcome.
• Experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in IT support, application consulting or working with ERP systems.
• Industry proximity: Basic understanding of business processes, ideally with reference to the construction industry or crafts (e.g. offer calculation, project accounting, material management or quantity measurement), is a major plus.
• Mindset: You enjoy contact with people, possess excellent communication skills and want to develop professionally.
