Job description
Ideal Candidate
The role involves QA activities, 1st level support for the programming team, and collaboration with other departments that use internal applications.
Requirements:
• Analytical skills and attention to details;
• Ability to find efficient solutions and work autonomously;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word);
• Ability to create documentation (manuals, procedures);
• Interest in process automation;
• Advantage: basic SQL knowledge (not mandatory);
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Good organization and results-oriented attitude.
Advantages:
• Previous experience in Application Support / QA / IT Helpdesk;
• Experience in documenting internal processes;
• Familiarity with internal operating systems.
Job Description
• Providing support to users of internal applications;
• Backend solution software verification;
• QA activities: identifying, documenting, and tracking defects;
• 1st level support for the programming team in relation with other departments;
• Understanding and optimizing internal workflows;
• Collecting and documenting user requests;
• Creating and updating usage manuals and procedures;
• Proposing improvements and automations to reduce repetitive tasks;
• Collaborating with technical and operational teams to resolve problems.
