Job description
Required Skills
· Windows server
· .Net Application Support
· SQL, Oracle, ITIL, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, ServiceNow
Must Haves
· Minimum of 10+ years of software development experience
· Minimum 5 yrs exp as a support associate
· 2+ years of support lead experience, including:
o Incident triaging
o Major incident management and communication
o Incident Management and problem management
o Change Management and housekeeping
· Expert knowledge of Client - Server architecture, certificate and password management and maintaining webservices
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
· ITIL certification mandatory
· 5+ years of experience in Java /.NET Stack app support and SQL
· Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQL
· Experience with Dynatrace, ELK, and PagerDuty
