Job description
As Application Support Engineer, you are responsible for resolving application and system problems that arise. You respond quickly when technical problems suddenly occur and must be resolved immediately. Combining your business skills and technical IT knowledge.
In addition, you will:
- on-site IT support for production and laboratory systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues
- Support and implement label printers and analytical equipment in collaboration with external suppliers
- 2nd and 3rd line application and end-user support
- Work according to GxP guidelines and ITIL principles
- Contribute to building and maintaining a knowledge bank to ensure knowledge sharing and support for the long term
- Play a proactive role in optimizing processes and ensuring compliance rules
