Application Support Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a Level 2 Application Support Engineer to support and maintain mission-critical production systems operating at national scale. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2 support for production and staging systems Investigate and resolve incidents, system alerts, and performance issues Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures Work closely with L3, DevOps, and infrastructure teams Support deployments, patches, and operational improvements Maintain clear documentation of all activities and findings. Ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
