Application Support Engineer – L3 Support

Job Title - Application Support Engineer L3 Support Job Location - Mumbai (Thane) Experience - 3 - 5 years Shift - Rotational - 9 am to 6 pm OR 12 pm to 9 pm. (No transportation provided) Working Days - 6 days (Monday to Saturday) Job Description We need L3 level support folks who have supported in Dotnet projects & have General Insurance project experience. .NET Core, Microservices, MVC, AWS solid knowledge, docker, GitOps, SQL database etc. Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 technical support for various applications and services; Troubleshoot complex issues using debugging tools and techniques; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues; Develop and maintain documentation of technical procedures and solutions; Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
