Application Specialist

As Application Specialist within the Digital Operations Center (DOC), you play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our digital products, such as Lely Horizon. Together with your international colleagues, you are responsible for resolving complex technical issues and ensuring the continuity and safety of our digital solutions. In this third-line function, you work closely with colleagues from Product Development, regions, and other internal stakeholders. Your focus lies on analyzing, improving, and coordinating application problems and structurally improving our service delivery.

Your main tasks:

• You provide third-line support for questions, incidents, and bugs related to digital products such as Lely Horizon.
• You collect data, analyze complex issues, and formulate structural solutions with stakeholders.
• You effectively collaborate with colleagues from Product Development, Support, and Operations to implement improvements.
• You support the development of structured monitoring and optimization processes.
• You ensure clear documentation of analyses, solutions, and improvement proposals.
• You visit Lely locations to strengthen collaboration with international colleagues.
