provide first-line technical support to the sales team and help win new projects
support OEMs, system integrators, and end users in developing and implementing automation applications
troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide customers as they build and deploy their solutions
conduct design reviews and technical assessments for mission-critical automation projects
work closely with key industrial customers to understand their challenges and tailor effective solutions
lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and roadmap discussions to drive technology adoption
support customer migration from competitor systems by developing required code and application logic
provide technical demonstrations and insights to strengthen business development activities
design and build robust application solutions aligned with customer needs
create technical documentation, playbooks, and best-practice guides
perform technical validation for large automation projects to ensure readiness and alignment
collaborate with internal expert teams to optimize and scale customer applications
support preparation and delivery of technical training when required
develop white papers, case studies, and knowledge-sharing content
represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and technical communities
create technical marketing content including webinars, blog posts, and product demonstrations
engage with academic and research institutions to promote modern automation technologies
