Application Production Support Specialist (Payments | Cash |Banking)

We are looking for an experienced Application Production Support Specialist to join production support team supporting Global Banking Applications . This is a critical role focused on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ongoing operational stability of production systems. 12-month contract with potential for extension or permanent conversion, subject to performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in application support, a proactive approach to incident and problem management, excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Key responsibilities include: • Providing 2nd level production support for Global Banking Applications; • Troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to payment processing, cash management, and banking applications; • Collaborating with development teams to resolve issues and implement fixes; • Developing and maintaining knowledge of application architecture, technical components, and business processes; • Participating in on-call rotation and providing 24/7 support as needed; • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and at least 3 years of experience in application production support.
