Job description

As Application Packaging Specialist (SCCM/Intune) you will:

Perform technical reviews, validation, QA and UAT-tests for packaged applications.
Develop, package, and roll out applications via SCCM- and Intune-platforms.
Solve problems with applications, implementation errors, and user access issues.
Evaluate and address security-related issues within packaged applications.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide support, maintenance, and improvements for application packages in line with customer policy and release procedures.
Prepare technical documentation, package reports, and status updates.
Work together with local and global cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

What you bring:

4-6 years of experience in application packaging and deployment.
5+ years of practical experience developing application packages from scratch for SCCM and Intune.
3+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting; additional knowledge of VB Script and Batch scripting.
Strong knowledge of Windows resources (files, folders, registry) and system/user applications.
Expertise in application packaging tools (e.g. AdminStudio).
Thorough knowledge of creating and managing MSI-, MST-, and MSIX-package files.
Experience with Intune application creation and implementation (Win32, LOB, Store Apps, Built-in Apps).
Strong troubleshooting skills, including cache log analysis, implementation errors, and visibility problems in Endpoint Manager.
Dutch language proficiency at C1/C2 level (required).
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
