The successful candidate will be responsible for administering customer applications, managing incidents, performing updates, and ensuring the smooth operation of processes. Key responsibilities: • Administering customer applications using Linux and Windows platforms; • Managing incidents and performing root cause analysis; • Performing updates and maintenance tasks on customer applications; • Ensuring the smooth operation of processes and systems; • Collaborating with other teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in application operations or a related field; • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems; • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, Autosys, VTOM, Control-M, and other technologies; • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
