The successful candidate will be responsible for administering customer applications, managing incidents, performing updates, and ensuring the smooth operation of processes. Key responsibilities: • Administering customer applications using Linux and Windows platforms • Managing incidents and performing root cause analysis • Performing updates and ensuring the smooth operation of processes • Collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features • Participating in on-call rotation for 24/7 support • Developing and maintaining documentation for internal use • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices • Providing technical guidance and training to team members. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 3+ years of experience in application operations or a related field • Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, Autosys, VTOM, Control-M, and PowerShell • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
