We are looking for a personality with experience in the gastronomy, who understands workflows in service and kitchen, works structured, and enjoys accompanying gastronomic businesses in introducing digital cash register and payment systems.

As Application Manager (m/w/d) with Gastro Background, you will be the central point of contact for onboarding, training, and subsequent support for our customers from the hotel and gastronomy industry. In close coordination with internal teams, you will ensure a smooth, practice-oriented implementation of our POS and software solutions – both on-site at the customer's premises and remotely.

Tasks

• Onboarding new customers – from data recording to complete system setup
• Conducting customer training (on-site & online)
• Installation and commissioning of our cash register software, including related modules
• Support after go-live for questions and application problems
• Tight cooperation with Technology & Project Management for smooth workflows
• Support in internal and occasional external service
• Participation in support (ticket processing / remote solutions)

Qualification

• Gastronomic background (training or long-term practice)
• Experience with cash register software, ideally Gewinnblick or other cloud-POS systems
• Pleasure in teaching others and explaining complex content in a clear manner
• Structured, self-reliant, and reliable work style
• Good communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Driver's license class B
• Readiness for customer meetings on-site as well as remote support
