Your Responsibilities

• Further development and support of business applications with a focus on data management, document management (DMS), and system integration

• Analysis, optimization, and ensuring of smooth data flows between ERP, CRM, DMS, BI, and other business systems

• Design, implementation, and support of interfaces and EDI processes

• Consulting and supporting departments with requirements, software changes, and questions regarding data management and business processes

• Coordination of software updates, changes, and integration and user acceptance tests (UAT)

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable degree program, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience

• Several years of professional experience in data management, system integration, or support of business applications

• Experience with ERP, CRM, and DMS systems, as well as good knowledge of EDI processes (IDOC, EDIFACT, XML, API), modern integration platforms, and middleware

• Understanding of data models, data quality, and data governance, and confident handling of ITIL and change processes

• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
