Are you familiar with the account master or printing system area of a bank, do you love to recognize complex contexts and derive valuable insights from them? Are you a problem solver and do you passionately find solutions for our customers' needs together with them? Then you are exactly right with us! As an additional reinforcement for the team, you will learn step-by-step together with our experienced employees to get to know and support the IT solutions in the account master, printing system, and other areas. With your work, you enable the smooth operation and strategic further development of our customers' areas.

What is your scope for action?

• You are jointly responsible for the operation and further development of the Finnova modules in the areas of Account Master, Safe Deposit Box, Printing System, and Electronic Archive.

• You independently parameterize the relevant Finnova modules and implement your change requests and incidents on time.

• You work on exciting projects - from parameter adjustments to onboarding new customers.

• You support release management through your timely parameterization and thorough testing.

• You are involved in clarifying the business requirements of our bank customers and create the associated effort estimates.

• You work closely with our customers and suppliers and understand the high quality requirements of banks.

• You think ahead and identify opportunities for automation and implement them directly.

What do you bring with you?

• Proven banking know-how and/or a completed education as an (economic) information technologist
• Finnova experience, as well as ideally SQL knowledge
• Structured thinking and acting are paramount
• A flair for conceptual work and a high degree of quality awareness are present
• Knowledge in requirements engineering is an advantage
• Communicative personality & fluent in German
