Application & Infrastructure Engineer - Internal Opportunity Only

An internal opportunity is now available for an Application & Infrastructure Engineer. This role supports the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of customer facing applications, POS systems, infrastructure, networks, and site based technologies. You’ll work across cloud and on prem environments, resolve complex technical issues, and support system changes and improvements. Key responsibilities Resolve complex application, POS, infrastructure, and network issues Support and maintain existing systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system improvements Implement and manage new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency and scalability Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner Develop and maintain documentation for internal use and knowledge sharing. You’ll work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of systems and infrastructure. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience working with cloud-based technologies and on-premises infrastructure.
