Application Engineer (m/w/d) - Business Applications

In exclusive cooperation with our partner, a leading manufacturer of Smart-Home solutions, we are looking for you as an Application Engineer (m/w/d) - Business Applications at the location Leer (fully remote possible).

Our partner develops innovative hardware and software solutions for the connected home and relies on modern cloud and IoT technologies. Tasks

• You design processes, tools, and methods actively and ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability
• You bring yourself as a technical solution and implementation partner into projects, from conceptual design to technical implementation
• You work on the conception, implementation, and optimization of release and change processes as well as cloud-based business models
• You support the introduction and adaptation of ERP-cloud solutions, ideally Microsoft Business Central
• You are responsible for implementing new features, developing REST APIs, and integrating web and database servers (MS SQL / Oracle)
• You take over the maintenance and further development of critical business applications, including 2nd- and 3rd-level support and direct exchange with users

Qualification

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Fundamental experience in C#/.NET applications and interface development (REST APIs)
• Interest in cloud architectures, modern platforms, and business processes
• Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, communication strength, and team ability
• You speak fluent German (C1 / C2 level) and communicate safely on English
