Application Engineer | Central Italy Area - REF.100049

For a historic industrial company operating in the air conditioning and HVAC solutions sector, we are looking for an Application Engineer to be integrated into the division dedicated to the Italian market.

The resource will contribute to the development and promotion of the company's technological solutions, with particular attention to high-power systems. The area of competence will mainly include the Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions.

Main Responsibilities

After an initial training and integration phase, the selected candidate will be involved in the following activities:

• provide specialized technical assistance and training activities to designers and partners in the area;
• analyze technical specifications, tender documents, and system diagrams, identifying the most effective solutions based on customer needs;
• collaborate with the sales team in the preparation and management of complex proposals, supporting negotiations from a technical standpoint and evaluating competitor positioning;
• monitor the progress of commercial opportunities through company CRM tools;
• analyze the main performance metrics, contributing to the identification of improvement actions and process optimization.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with:

• a degree in Mechanical, Energy, or Electrical/Electrotechnical Engineering, or a technical diploma in thermal engineering;
• good knowledge of the HVAC sector and related systems;
• good communication and interpersonal skills;
• proactive approach, goal orientation, flexibility, and teamwork aptitude.

Familiarity with CAD software and the ability to read technical drawings will be considered a preferential qualification. In the absence of this skill, a dedicated training program is provided.
