We are looking for a Developer of Applications (.Net) to join our Application Support Team. Your main mission will be the creation and adaptation of computer programs and support for our applications. You will work directly on projects of Dynamics 365, ensuring development, maintenance, and attention to IT support tickets.

This is a 100% remote opportunity in Mexico!

What We Expect from You? (Key Requirements)

Technical Requirements

• Solid experience (3+ years) in application development.
• Dominion of the programming language C#.
• Experience with ASP.NET.
• Knowledge in the integration platform Boomi.
• Management of Dynamics 365.
• Administration and development in SQL Server (Transact SQL).

➕ Technical Requirements Desired (Added Value)

• Knowledge in the cloud Azure.
• Experience with MySQL.
• Management of the tool POSTMAN.
• Knowledge in Java.
• Creation of Macros in Excel.

️ Language and Required Level

• Tech English. (Ability to read documentation, errors, and perform technical consultations).

⚙️ Soft Skills

We are looking for a profile with the following interpersonal skills:

• Effective Communication (especially in written communications).
• Excellent Time Management and task prioritization.
• High sense of Self-Development and continuous learning.

Main Responsibilities of the Role

Your activities will be focused on operating and improving our applications:

• Incident Resolution: Resolve incidents and attend new user requests.
• Development Cycle:

• Conduct requirement analysis.
• Estimate hours of effort.
• Ensure process documentation and solution documentation.

Maintenance: Participate in development, maintenance, design, and creation of instances in SQL.Delivery: Collaborate on the phases of Release and Hypercare.

Information about the Position

• Location: 100% Remote in Mexico
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Central Time Zone of Mexico) .
• Benefits: As per Law.
• Additional Compensation: Quarterly Bonus.

Important: Availability for occasional travel to the plant in Guadalajara
