Application Developer (m/w/d) Salesforce Platform

Together with our partner, the German Alpine Association (DAV), we are looking for a Application Developer (m/w/d) Salesforce Platform in Munich or remote. With over 1.6 million members, the DAV is the world's largest mountaineering association and a significant actor in German nature and environmental protection. To drive the ambitious digitalization initiative forward, the association is currently modernizing its entire IT landscape and replacing old systems based on Salesforce and ServiceNow in a Greenfield approach. In your role, you will be the technical core for the implementation of the new Salesforce solution and will significantly support the digital transformation of the DAV.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung: You will set up technical requirements through configuration and programming on the Salesforce platform. You will develop individual components with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Prozess-Automatisierung: You will design and implement complex business logic and automations using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and permission concepts.
• Plattform-Architektur: You will actively contribute to the further development of our data model and adapt objects and data structures to ensure a scalable and maintainable platform solution.
• Qualitätssicherung: You will ensure high technical quality by writing unit tests, systematic debugging, and following deployments and release changes.
• Schnittstellen-Design: You will consider API and integration fundamentals to ensure a seamless connection between Salesforce and adjacent systems (such as the Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud).
• Kollaboration: You will work closely with product owners, architects, and our implementation partner (Valentic) and document your technical implementations clearly and structured.

Qualifikation

• Qualifikation: You have completed a degree in (business) informatics or bring equivalent IT training with relevant professional experience in software development.
• Salesforce-Expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of development on the Salesforce platform, particularly with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Zusatzwissen: Ideally, you have already gained experience with the Nonprofit Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Data Cloud.
• Methodik: You are familiar with modern software development principles, version control, and structured deployment processes.
