Application Analyst - Nursing (m/v/x)

Job description

As Application Analyst, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of the Inspire-project.

Your responsibilities:

You analyze the needs of (clinical) teams by organizing workshops around activities and processes together with experts (Subject Matter Experts), based on the vision determined by the program management
You formalize and design business processes:

You document existing processes that are not yet formalized
You question existing processes based on your expertise to design future processes, in collaboration with SMEs, EPIC-consultants, and taking into account the best practices of the software provider
You validate the target processes with the involved parties

You implement and configure the defined processes in the system, aligned with the identified needs

You participate in the test phases:

You use technical functionalities of the EPIC-software
You ensure that the results meet the functional expectations and the defined quality standards

You document the executed configuration in a clear and structured manner

You prepare supporting materials for the main trainers and help with preparing the training content

You are, within a specific sector (e.g. emergency services), one of the technical contact persons for users throughout the entire program duration, providing precise answers to their questions

You propose improvements or adjustments to ensure optimal, efficient, and high-quality functioning of the system

If necessary, you participate in training sessions given by the main trainers, within the framework of the planned training plan
