APPLICATION ANALYST - NURSING (h/f/x)

As an Application Analyst, you play a key role in developing and implementing the Inspire project.

Your responsibilities:

• You analyze the needs of clinical teams by animating workshops to describe activities and processes with subject matter experts (SMEs), based on the vision defined by the program governance.
• You formalize and design business processes:
• You document current processes when they are not yet formalized.
• You challenge existing processes, based on your expertise, to design future processes in collaboration with SMEs, EPIC consultants, and considering best practices proposed by the software editor.
• You validate target processes with stakeholders.
• You implement and parameterize defined processes in the system, ensuring alignment with identified needs.
• You participate in testing phases:
• You use technical features related to Epic software.
• You ensure that results obtained meet functional expectations and respect quality standards defined.
• You document clear and structured configuration and parameter settings.
• You write support materials for main trainers and contribute to preparing training content.
• In a given sector (e.g., emergencies), you are the technical point of contact for users throughout the program, providing precise answers to their questions.
• You propose improvements or adaptations to ensure optimal, efficient, and high-quality system functioning.
• If necessary, you participate in training sessions organized by main trainers, within the defined training plan.
