What will you do?
As an Application Manager, you will be part of a close-knit team of specialists who work daily on a stable and future-proof application landscape. Together, you will ensure our business processes keep running. In this role, you will be responsible for solving complex issues and continuously working on improvements. You will have a lot of freedom to take initiative, contribute to optimizations, and further develop yourself.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Incident & Change Management: You monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents quickly. You will keep all stakeholders well-informed and ensure meticulous registration.
• Functional Management: You support key users with complex issues, translate user needs into smart solutions, and actively contribute to improvements.
• Lifecycle Management: You manage applications throughout their entire lifecycle. You ensure they remain secure, up-to-date, and perform optimally.
• Automation & Integration: You work on optimizing processes and application chains, utilizing Azure, Jira, Topdesk, and DevOps methodologies.

You will work closely with developers, suppliers, and colleagues from various IT disciplines to improve the continuity and quality of our services.

Additionally, you bring the following:

• A completed HBO (Bachelor's) degree, such as Computer Science or IT Management.
• At least five years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial sector or lease industry.
• Experience with Azure, Jira, Topdesk, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of application management within a complex IT environment and an affinity with DevOps.
• Proficiency in the Dutch language.
• An analytical, quality-oriented, and results-driven work approach, where collaboration is a given for you.
