For Uitvoeringsinstituut Werknemersverzekeringen, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Engineer / Developer.
As a Dynamics CE Engineer, you will design, configure, implement, and maintain the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) environment for UWV, an organization that uses Dynamics 365 CE for critical processes related to work and income. You will work closely with functional managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to improve and expand CRM solutions. You will translate functional wishes into technical solutions and ensure a stable, scalable, and user-friendly environment.

As a Dynamics CE Engineer, you will design, configure, implement, and maintain the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) environment for UWV, an organization that uses Dynamics 365 CE for critical processes related to work and income. You will work closely with functional managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to improve and expand CRM solutions. You will translate functional wishes into technical solutions and ensure a stable, scalable, and user-friendly environment.
These are your responsibilities:
- Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including entities, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
- Customizing and expanding the Dynamics CE environment using JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET (C#).
- Integrating Dynamics CE with other systems such as Azure, SharePoint, Power Platform, and legacy systems via APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
- Optimizing performance, security, and user experience within the Dynamics CE environment.
- Maintaining and updating the environment, including patch management and upgrades.
- Collaborating with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and promote automation.
- Advising on best practices and new functionalities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Supporting in resolving complex technical issues and incidents.

- You master both Dutch and English fluently, in word and writing.
