The Role As an Applicant Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's migraine center. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various operational tasks related to applicant onboarding, patient support, and administrative duties. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the applicant onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. * Provide administrative support to the migraine center team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling inquiries. * Coordinate communication between applicants, patients, and healthcare professionals. * Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed. * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of patient data. * Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements. * Provide excellent customer service and support to applicants and patients. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. * Prior experience in healthcare or patient operations is highly preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
