Apple Technology Lead

Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Apple Technology Lead to provide deep technical expertise, architectural guidance, and implementation support for Apple-based workplace solutions. This role acts as the primary technical authority for Apple technologies and ensures the successful delivery of projects across the region. Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical expert for Apple devices and ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Apple Silicon). Design solution architectures for enterprise customers using Apple technologies. Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles related to Apple technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Apple technologies into existing infrastructure. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Apple-based solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards for Apple technologies. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Apple technologies and apply this knowledge to improve processes and solutions. Key Requirements Strong understanding of Apple technologies (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Apple Silicon) and their applications. Experience working with enterprise customers and implementing Apple-based solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
