Apparel Supplier Quality Engineer

About the Role As an Apparel Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be the on-the-ground quality leader for our supplier based in Mexico and Central America (El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala). You will partner closely with factories at every stage of the product lifecycle, from pre-production through final inspection, to ensure Ariat’s quality standards are met consistently. This is a highly autonomous, field-based role with significant impact on product quality and supplier performance. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and experience in quality control processes. You will be responsible for conducting audits, identifying and addressing non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Ariat’s internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Quality Control or related field, and 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or similar role. You must be fluent in Spanish and English, as you will work closely with suppliers and teams across multiple countries.
