App Designer - Founding Member, Freelance (m/w/d)

We are building Germany's first comprehensive AI health app – and we're looking for someone to bring it to life.

Our Vision: The O App connects body, psyche, and emotions and brings real health into the daily lives of millions of people - through a specialized AI assistant (O Companion) as well as in-app coaching with experts.

We need you now: a designer who is passionate and curious about establishing the app design and taking the team to the next level.

Tasks

• Designing of screens, flows, and components for the O App (iOS & Android)
• Development of a consistent UI design system from scratch
• Closely working together with the founders and our tech lead
• Iterative Design: rapid prototyping, incorporating feedback, and improving
• Participating in shaping the visual identity – colors, typography, animation language

Qualification

• Practical experience in UI/UX design
• Safe handling of Figma or similar tools
• A keen sense for clear, user-friendly interfaces – especially on mobile
• An eye for aesthetics, minimalism, and functionality
• Interest in health, wellness, or mental health is a plus
• You work independently and can explain your decisions
• Linguistic skills: you are confident in German and English.
