Your responsibilities:

• Responding to pharmaceutical questions from customers via email
  You provide clear, safe and scientifically underpinned advice.
• Treating and following up on pharmaceutical complaints and quality issues, in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Analyzing website content (products, contraindications, medical information) and proactively signaling when adjustments are necessary.
• Advising customers on possible risks or contraindications that emerge during an order — and actively thinking along in solutions.
• Supporting the customer service with pharmacy-related questions, so that customers always receive correct and professional information.
• Taking phone calls in specific pharmaceutical files when direct clarification is needed.
• Communicating with manufacturers for correct product information, escalations or content-related questions.
• Carrying out Quality Checks as part of internal procedures, compliance and patient safety.
