We are a community of 1,400 acres developed by Ohana Real Estate Investors, named Twin Dolphin, in honor of the rich history of the first iconic Hotel Twin Dolphin. The master plan includes: Maravilla, a private residential development oriented towards family integration.

Twin Dolphin Club, an 18-hole golf course designed by renowned golfer Fred Couples, in conjunction with Todd Eckenrode from Origins Golf Design, Montage Los Cabos, a hotel with 52 residences and 122 rooms, the first Resort of the brand open in Mexico, unique in the region of Los Cabos. The access is exclusive for owners and guests.

Mission of the position:

Assist in the application of chemical products and fertilizers within the maintenance program of the golf course, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with established standards.

Main activities:

Chemical Product Applicator B responsible for preparing, handling, and safely applying fertilizers and pesticides to maintain the health and quality of the golf course grass, following established programs and the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental care.

Main responsibilities

Operational

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and pesticides according to established programs.
• Prepare chemical mixes following technical procedures and safety norms.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and correctly labeled storage area for chemical products.
• Clean and maintain tanks, nozzles, and filters after each application.
• Execute the triple wash process and proper disposal of empty containers.
• Supervise and train Level C applicators.
• Support in preparing and conditioning the course when necessary.
• Ensure that applications are made without affecting player experience.
  
  

Administrative

• Maintain records and logbooks of chemical product consumption.
• Verify inventories and report to the Superintendent.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports and support in planning purchases.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in handling and applying agrochemicals, fertilizers, and pesticides.
• Knowledge of safety norms and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Able to operate application equipment and agricultural machinery.
• Skill to supervise personnel and work as a team.
• Attention to detail, organization, and sense of responsibility.
