APAC Regional Lead for Client Success & Programme Delivery (12-month FTC)

The Regional Lead for Client Success & Programme Delivery ensures that clients achieve exceptional value from their partnerships through frictionless and strategic project management and high-touch relationship management that anticipates needs, strengthens trust and drives long-term growth. This role is focused within the APAC region. You will have an EMEA and USA counterpart - all of whom report into the Head of Client Success & Programme Delivery. You will be accountable for programme leads who are responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the programme delivery team to ensure that programmes are well-planned, executed efficiently, and monitored effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of the client's needs and expectations, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; • Providing high-touch relationship management that anticipates needs, strengthens trust and drives long-term growth; • Ensuring programme leads are equipped to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards; • Collaborating with programme delivery team to ensure programmes are well-planned, executed efficiently, and monitored effectively; • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed; • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, programme progress, and key performance indicators. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the Head of Client Success & Programme Delivery to develop and implement a regional strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives.
