Job description

Hardee's is seeking a Marketing Director, APAC to partner with franchisees on brand strategy, calendars, and campaign activations across Asia Pacific. The role requires hands-on field presence, regular store visits, and proactive franchisee support to drive brand governance and ROI.

You will lead creative approvals, localisation of global assets, and collaboration with Culinary Innovation and Brand teams to bring regional initiatives forward. Strong leadership and APAC experience are essential.
