AP Team Leader - New Role at SSC

International company, with SSC located in Poznań, seeks experienced accountants who will join the organization's structures on the AP Team Leader position:

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team, motivate, support and develop employees,
• Oversee the process of accounts payable and payments in the EMEA region,
• Cordinate and monitor AP processes,
• Cordinate the monthly closing process, prepare reports and analyses,
• Lead process improvement initiatives standardizing AP processes,
• Solve problems and cooperate with other departments,
• Cooperate with various interest groups, including management.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in the accounting department in SSC/BPO structures,
• At least one year of experience in team management,
• Knowledge of AP processes and procedures,
• Advanced knowledge of English - B2/C1,
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, finance and accounting),
• Advanced knowledge of Ms Excel and experience working with ERP systems,
• Able to motivate others, attention to detail, punctuality, self-reliance, proactive attitude.
