AP Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounts Payable Management: • Oversee the day-to-day AP operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations. • Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments. • Manage AP aging reports and address discrepancies proactively. 2. Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process: • Lead and optimize the P2P cycle, ensuring seamless integration between procurement and AP functions. • Collaborate with procurement teams to streamline purchasing, invoicing, and payment processes. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. 3. Reporting and Compliance: • Prepare and present regular reports on AP performance, including metrics such as days payable outstanding (DPO) and accounts payable turnover. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to AP and P2P processes.
