AP Accountant (Księgowy AP)

We are looking for an AP Accountant with English language skills. The job will be in a hybrid model after 3 months of work - 3 days at the office, 2 days at home.

Your responsibilities:

• Processing tasks in the area of accounts payable (Accounts Payable) for local organizational units according to a specified range of transitional process.
• Accounting invoices PO and non-PO, handling supplier inquiries.
• Prioritizing and executing payment proposals, accounting and performing payments.
• Agreeing on accounts, participating in monthly closures, agreeing on inter-firm transactions, managing supplier data.
• Prioritizing reports related to AP processes.
• Initiating improvements increasing efficiency and quality of processes.
• Maintaining changes in laws and implementing them in daily work.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Our expectations:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance, accounting, economics or related fields);
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable;
• Very good knowledge of English language (min. B2);
• Very good knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of SAP will be an additional asset;
• Precision and attention to details.
