AOI Programmer / Technician Electronics Manufacturing | Region: East Switzerland, Switzerland

Tasks

• Creation, optimization, and maintenance of AOI programs including new programming and product adaptations
• Analysis of inspection results as well as continuous improvement of AOI processes to increase quality and efficiency
• Creation of scan programs based on CAD data and technical specifications
• SUPPORT OF PRODUCTION IN CASES OF AOI AND MACHINE MALFUNCTIONS, AS WELL AS SUSTAINED ERROR ANALYSIS AND CORRECTION
• Monitoring of production and process data in the MES system and coordination with relevant interfaces
• Collaboration with production, quality management, and engineering on product and process changes
• Participation in prototypes, technical optimizations, as well as continuous improvement projects

Qualification

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally in the AOI, SMT, or automated inspection area
• Experience with PARMI AOI systems
• IPC-A-610 certification (also expired possible)
• Technical understanding and ideally experience working with CAD data
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style
• High quality standards and interest in process optimization
• Experience with MES systems, ideally FactoryLogix, advantageous
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation as well as occasionally in a 3-shift operation
