Application Technician for Fire Protection Coatings (m/w/d)

Tasks

You are the interface between laboratory, production, and our customers, ensuring that our coating solutions work perfectly in practice.

• You conduct release tests of our production processes as part of quality assurance
• You test the processing properties of both newly developed and existing products, as well as their optimization together with the development department
• You prepare test bodies (plates and components) for internal and external fire testing
• You accompany product launches either internally or directly at the customer's site
• You develop, document, and optimize application processes
• You conduct tests and evaluate the results (e.g., adhesion, corrosion protection, optics)
• You take care of the maintenance of our spray guns

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as a painter (m/w/d), process mechanic for coating technology (m/w/d), or coating technician (m/w/d) or equivalent training
• Pleasure in independent and systematic work
• Organizational talent and fun working in a team
• First experiences in the field of coating application technology are advantageous, but not necessary
• Safe handling with common MS Office applications
• Very good German language skills and preferably also English language skills
