For our central office in Holzkirchen (near Munich) we are looking for a

Applications Engineer Technical Support (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Application analysis of customer applications in micro-dispensing
• Individual application tests and solution of dosing problem statements
• Technical support for Key Account Sales in winning large projects
• Prior and post-sales support for sales in answering customer inquiries from the dispensing application
• Preparation of training materials and conducting product trainings for customers and partners
• Preparation of test reports and service reports
• Conducting training sessions and commissioning at the customer's site
• Supporting our domestic and international customer base on-site and at events/trade shows

Qualification

• Completed natural science studies as an engineer or equivalent education
• Ideal experience in the field of micro-dispensing technology
• Travel readiness and experience in direct contact with customers
• Self-responsible and goal-oriented working style in our central office and at the customer's site
• Laboratory experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and interest in cooperation in international teams
• Good German and very good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Class B driver's license
