Application Supporter (m/w/d)
Job description
The electronic communication between stakeholders in the healthcare sector relies heavily on secure, structured data exchange procedures. For our customers, we develop essential, scalable applications at the interface between medical services and health insurance companies as well as other actors, such as service providers. Operational responsibility and maintenance of ongoing operations for these solutions lie with the medical services. Due to increasing complexity, continuous development, and our expertise regarding the processes and technical workflows underlying these solutions, we are increasingly taking on tasks in application support directly for and at the medical services. This work is done 100% remotely from our location.
To strengthen our team in application support, we are looking for your experience and motivation.
Tasks
- Monitoring of system output
- Situational reaction to error messages
- Clearing tasks
- Verification of application logs
- Techncial verification of applications and their configuration
- Verification of infrastructure operations
- Factual/technical coordination with medical services
- Organization, accompaniment, and implementation of system updates for affected system components
- Coordination with our developer team in the areas of analysis, error correction, and further development
Qualification
- Completed vocational training as a specialist in application development or equivalent training
- First experiences in developing and operating web-based, modular software solutions
- Fundamental knowledge of the use of database management systems and administration of databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Firebird, or OracleDB
- Experience with the use of Atlassian development tools (mainly Jira, Confluence)
- Experience in the workflow of support processes
- High team- and customer orientation, stress tolerance, goal- and quality-oriented.
- Fundamental knowledge of project management
- High self-motivation and good analytical skills
- Structured work style paired with high problem-solving ability
- German - fluent in spoken and written language
