Application Support Specialist / IT Staff (m/f/d) in Healthcare for our Hospital Information System (KIS)

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist / IT Staff (m/f/d) in Healthcare for our Hospital Information System (KIS) on a full-time basis (permanent position) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Project Management and Key Users: Coordination of requirements, alignment between IT and specialist departments, also within the framework of our ticket system
• Contact person for IT questions regarding ongoing projects, coordination of requirements
• SQL Queries: Creation and optimization of SQL queries after appropriate training
• Support for Users and Key Users in Daily Operations: Training, documentation, form design
• General support for the Organization department
• Minor on-call duty

Qualifications

• Completed 3-year vocational training in the healthcare sector, IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), or equivalent. Formal IT training is not strictly required – your IT/EDP affinity and your motivation to familiarize yourself with our hospital information system are decisive.
• Experience in the healthcare sector or with health-related IT applications
• Initial experience in IT support, system administration, or in handling interface work between specialist departments and IT projects is advantageous
• Knowledge of SQL queries (basic to advanced queries) or the willingness to learn them
• Proficient in using common Office programs
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented attitude, problem-solving ability, quick comprehension
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
