As IT Application Manager (m/w/d), you are close to the business, manage requirements, coordinate implementation partners and develop your skills professionally in the direction of process responsibility, control, and part-project leadership further.

Our client is part of a large, European-wide operating group in the field of technical services and infrastructure. The company shapes future themes such as energy efficiency, sustainable infrastructure, and digital process landscapes – with long-term perspective and stable market position.

Within the central Business-Services-Einheit, IT is responsible for the company-wide applications and processes in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Here, the systems are maintained that will be used productively daily in the departments.

Due to continuous growth and the integration of new companies, regular new requirements, systems, and projects emerge.

• Near the business: close cooperation with departments, clear interfaces.

Aufgaben

• Betreuung & Weiterentwicklung of currently 7 central applications (e.g. Docusign, Auditor Plus, CM Pro, and other tools around documentation, compliance, workflow)
• Anforderungen aufnehmen, analyze, and follow up on implementation (departments → IT/Provider/Manufacturer)
• Changes steuern (including coordination, communication, and tracking)
• Mitarbeit an Integrationsprojekten, company mergers, and Migrationsentscheidungen (Teilprojektleitung)
• Einführung neuer Tools, training, and user support (Change Management)
• Technical topics in the context of the role: Service-/Dienstüberwachung, Zertifikatsverwaltung, mobile access solutions, SQL-Anbindungen

Qualifikation

• IT-Ausbildung (e.g. Fachinformatiker:in or equivalent) or a Studium with IT Background
• 3+ years experience in the IT field (e.g. IT Administrator, System Engineer, Application Support/Application Management)
• IT knowledge on an Admin level (Client-Server, Windows-Server, SQL, support processes)
• Structured, analytical working style and desire for further development
• Communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
