Applications Consultant External Warehouse Management System & Interface Management (INFOLOG / SAP / TMS) (m/w/d)

Tasks

• End-to-End Monitoring and Support of Interfaces between SAP, INFOLOG Warehouse Management System and Transport Management System (TMS Ortec)
• Analyse, Troubleshooting, and Solution of Interface and Data Flow Problems in close coordination with the Departments
• Steering and Coordination of Communication between Headquarters (HQ), Departments, and Generix INFOLOG Service Providers
• Consulting and Continuous Improvement of Warehouse Processes in the System INFOLOG
• Implementation of 2nd- and 3rd-Level Support for Warehouse and Logistics Systems
• Analyse, Structuring, and Evaluation of Requirements from the Departments of Logistics and Warehousing
• Support to Departments on SAP Topics in the Area of Inventory Management
• Participation in SAP and Logistics Projects (Project Support / Project Management) Collaboration with internal Stakeholders and External Service Providers

Qualification

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent qualification; alternatively relevant work experience
• Fundamental knowledge of the System INFOLOG (Generix)
• Good SAP knowledge, particularly in the area of Inventory Management / Logistics
• Experience in operating and monitoring system interfaces (SAP – WMS – TMS)
• Analytical and structured working style with a high level of problem-solving competence
• Experience in collaboration with external service providers and international teams Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and independent working style
