Legal Assistant (80-100%)

Our office secretarial team is managed collectively and is our window to the world. The main tasks of our legal secretariat include:

Assisting in the organization of our law firm's infrastructure, drafting and issuing legal documents, appointment, mail, and deadline control, maintaining the (exclusively electronic) case file system, organizing the infrastructure for our seminars and courses throughout German-speaking Switzerland, further developing our electronic infrastructure, relieving our lawyers of organizational and administrative tasks, maintaining contact with clients, authorities, courts, etc., invoicing and dunning (VERTEC)

To complement our secretarial team, we are preferably looking for a versatile and interested personality with experience from a law firm who can prioritize effectively, consistently ensures good work results, and works with us to further develop our work quality. However, we are also open to a younger individual who has already proven themselves in another administrative work environment and is attracted to the professional world of a law firm. Proficiency in spelling is essential for us.
