RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR DIRECTORS

ECO URBIS CRAIOVA S.R.L. announces the selection for the positions of GENERAL DIRECTOR, TECHNICAL DIRECTOR, ECONOMIC/FINANCIAL DIRECTOR, and POLYVALENT HALL DIRECTOR within ECO URBIS CRAIOVA S.R.L. for a mandate period of at most 4 years, according to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises, with subsequent amendments and additions, as well as Government Decision no. 722/2016 for the approval of the methodology for the application of certain provisions of the provisions of OUG no. 109/2011 regarding the corporate governance of public enterprises, approved with modifications and completions by Law no. 118/2016.

Public domain companies, as defined by Law no. 118/2016, as amended and supplemented by Law no. 118/2016, are obligated to elect their management and supervisory bodies through a selection process based on merit, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned normative acts.

The selection process will be carried out by a commission of experts appointed by the decision of the founder, the Local Council of Craiova Municipality.

General requirements for candidates:

• Valid Romanian citizenship;
• Minimum level of studies: University degree with a Bachelor's degree;
• Minimum experience: at least 3 years in a managerial position at the level of director, director general, or equivalent;
• No criminal record that would make them incompatible with the exercise of the position;
• To not be in a state of insolvency or under judicial administration, bankruptcy, dissolution, or inactivity;
• To not be a former member of the collegiate management/supervisory body of a public domain company or a former employee of the public administration, who has been dismissed for disciplinary reasons in the last 3 years;
• To not have been convicted by a final court decision for crimes of corruption, fraud, or for offenses against the company's interests, and to not be subject to the prohibition of holding public office or exercising a profession or activity, the exercise of which is prohibited by law, as a consequence of a court decision.

Specific requirements for each position:

1. General Director:

• University degree with a Bachelor's degree;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management;
• Experience in the field of public services or waste management is an advantage.

2. Technical Director:

• University degree with a Bachelor's degree in technical field (e.g., engineering, environmental sciences);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical management, preferably in waste management or related fields;
• Knowledge of public utilities and infrastructure management.

3. Economic/Financial Director:

• University degree with a Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or accounting;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in public entities;
• Knowledge of public procurement procedures and financial reporting standards.

4. Director of the Polyvalent Hall:

• University degree with a Bachelor's degree;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management, preferably in sports, culture, or event management;
• Experience in managing large public spaces or facilities.

The mandate of each director will be for a period of at most 4 years, with the possibility of renewal.
