By Decision of the Board of Directors no. 72 of, Decision no. 57 of was revoked and the cessation of the selection procedure with immediate effect was ordered, due to the fact that procedural irregularities affecting the fairness and transparency of the competition were identified.

Following the approval for the resumption of the selection procedure, ACET SA Suceava will publish a new announcement and a new procedure, under the conditions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. regarding the corporate governance of public enterprises, with subsequent amendments and additions, and of the Companies Law no. republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.
